Thank you for your interest in obtaining a vendor booth for one of the Canyon Lake Junior Women's Club events. Please fill out the form completely and submit it to at least 30 days prior to the event you are interested in. A separate application must be filled out for each event of interest. Please Note: Because of the overwhelming requests received from vendors for JWC events, it may be necessary for JWC to hold a lottery to determine vendors chosen for any event. If a lottery is necessary, you will be notified that there will be a lottery after submitting your application. If you are chosen as a vendor, you will be notified via email and asked to secure your spot by remitting payment.
